1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GoDrive's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years old to rent a vehicle
• You must have a valid driving license for at least 1 year
• You must provide valid government-issued identification
• You must have a valid credit or debit card for payment

3. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to vehicle availability
• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and digital wallets
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice

4. Vehicle Use and Return

• Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received
• Fuel level must be the same as at pickup
• Late returns may incur additional charges
• Vehicles must not be used for illegal purposes
• Smoking is not allowed in our vehicles

5. Insurance and Liability

• Basic insurance is included with all rentals
• Additional coverage options are available
• Renters are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear
• We are not liable for personal belongings left in vehicles

6. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24+ hours before pickup: Full refund
• Cancellations made within 24 hours: 50% refund
• No refund for no-shows or same-day cancellations

7. Privacy Policy

We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such collection and use.

8. Limitation of Liability

GoDrive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
