1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the StayEngine platform and LetsGetGo services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Description of Services
StayEngine is a hotel management software platform that provides:
- Property Management System (PMS)
- Central Booking Engine
- Channel Manager
- Revenue Management Tools
- Reporting and Analytics
3. Account Registration
To use our Services, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
4. Pricing, Payments & Refund Policy
StayEngine Pricing Model (Updated as per Business Model)
4.1 One-Time Setup Fee: ₹58,999 (includes complete hotel management software setup, custom domain, website, booking engine, channel manager, PMS software, staff training, and data migration)
4.2 Yearly Renewal Fee: ₹29,500/year (includes unlimited rooms, unlimited users, all software updates, maintenance, hosting, 24/7 support, and all features)
4.3 Payment Terms: One-time setup fee is payable in advance before service activation. Yearly renewal fee is payable annually in advance before each renewal period.
⚠️ NO REFUND POLICY (Important - Please Read Carefully)
4.4 ALL PAYMENTS ARE 100% NON-REFUNDABLE: Once payment is made (either one-time setup fee or yearly renewal fee), NO REFUNDS will be provided under any circumstances. This includes but not limited to:
- • Change of mind or business decision
- • Technical issues from customer's end (internet, hardware, staff training)
- • Closure or sale of hotel/property
- • Dissatisfaction with features (demo is provided before purchase)
- • Non-usage or underutilization of software
- • Migration to competitor software
By making payment, you acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy.
4.5 FREE Demo Before Purchase: We provide a comprehensive FREE demo of all features before you make any payment commitment. We strongly recommend all hotels to thoroughly test the software, ask questions, and ensure it meets your requirements before purchasing.
4.6 What's Included (No Hidden Charges): The one-time setup and yearly renewal covers everything - software license, domain, website, hosting, SSL certificate, unlimited rooms, unlimited users, all 38+ features, channel manager integration with 200+ OTAs, payment gateway integration, GST billing, reports, mobile PWA app, staff training, data migration, and 24/7 support. There are no per-room charges, no per-booking fees, no transaction charges on direct bookings, and no hidden costs.
4.7 Taxes: All prices are exclusive of applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) as per Indian tax laws. Current GST rate is 18% and will be added to the invoice. Tax rates may change based on government regulations.
4.8 Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, credit/debit cards, Razorpay, Paytm, PhonePe, and cheque. Payment gateway charges (if any) will be borne by the customer.
4.9 Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing for new customers with immediate effect. For existing customers, any price increase for yearly renewal will be communicated 60 days in advance. Price increases will not exceed 15% per year.
4.10 Late Payment: If yearly renewal payment is not received within 15 days of due date, services may be suspended. If payment is not received within 30 days, account may be terminated and data access will be revoked. Reactivation after suspension may incur additional charges.
4.11 Automatic Renewal: Yearly subscriptions DO NOT auto-renew. You will receive renewal reminders 60 days, 30 days, and 15 days before expiry. You must manually pay the renewal fee to continue services.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes
- Not interfere with the proper functioning of the Services
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate guest and booking data
6. Intellectual Property
The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by McFly World Communications Pvt Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Services. We will not use your data for any purpose other than providing the Services, except as required by law.
8. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with advance notice when possible.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Services.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Goa, India.

Why is there a strict no-refund policy?
When you sign up for StayEngine hotel PMS software, we immediately begin custom setup work including: domain configuration, website design, channel manager integration with your existing OTAs, data migration from your old system, custom training sessions with your staff, and technical configuration. These are one-time services that cannot be "undone." We provide a comprehensive FREE demo before purchase specifically so you can make an informed decision. Once payment is made and setup begins, refunds are not possible due to the custom work already performed. This is standard practice for professional hotel management systems worldwide.
What happens if I want to cancel after 1 year?
You can cancel anytime with 30 days written notice. There are no cancellation penalties or exit fees. After cancellation notice, you have 90 days to export all your data (guest records, booking history, financial reports, etc.) in standard CSV/Excel formats. We provide complete data portability. The software will remain accessible during the notice period and 90-day export window. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted as per privacy regulations. You will NOT receive any refund of the yearly renewal fee already paid (as per our no-refund policy).
Can I upgrade from 10 rooms to 50 rooms later? Is there extra cost?
